I can’t find my password

– Have you registered?

– Have you checked the spam or junk folder of your email programme?

– Have you checked the spam or junk folder of your email account at your

ISP?

– Is it possible that you supplied an incorrect email address? If so please

contact us and we will check what email address you gave at registration

 

I can’t login

– Have you paid? You may have registered but may not have paid.

– To activate your account go to Member Login, enter your username and

password. You will be sent to a Profile page where you can click on PayPal

to pay. Complete the payment process and this will activate your account.

 

I want to change my password

– Login, go to your Profile. You can change your password there.

 

I want to buy more time

– You can buy more time by logging in with your username and password. You will be sent to a page that tells you that your subscription has expired. There is a ‘Subscribe’ button on this page. Please click on this and you will be sent to your Profile page. Here you can select a subscription period and click on the PayPal link to make the payment. You can also change your password on this Profile page.

 

I want to cancel my recurring Paypal subscription

– Although we no longer offer access to the videos on a recurring PayPal subscription there were a few members who signed up to this at the start. To cancel a recurring PayPal subscription go to your PayPal Account, select My Account, choose Money, then Profile and then My pre-approved payments and cancel the profile of this payment.
